Soundfest:  n. A chamber music festival in beautiful New England.  From Sound (from Latin "sonus") + fest (a joyful gathering).  Colorado Quartet, founders and artistic directors.  First known use: 1991.

Join us from July 15th through 28th, 2012 at our new location on the campus of the University of Connecticut, Storrs, for another great summer of studying and performing chamber music.  

Soundfest master classes:

Tuesday - Thursday, July 17-19 (2012) and Monday - Wednesday, July 23-25 (2012), from 7pm-9pm at UConn, music room 118.  Check out concert information on our Concerts & Tickets page. 

If you are a string player (young student through young professional) who loves playing string quartets, check out the information about studying at the Quartet Institute.
